Hope, Healing, Resilience...
Hope, Healing, Resilience...that's what therapy can provide. We all struggle sometimes, may feel stuck, and change can be hard. A compassionate presence offering another perspective can help you find your strengths, clarify values and goals, and work toward acceptance and change. When actively working on making changes we'll employ cognitive behavioral therapy and other skills that you can continue to use even after therapy has ended. You might expect: increased hope and motivation, decreased distress (stress, depression, anxiety), and improvements in important areas of life; such as in relationships, school or work.
